From last few days I am suffering from pain near the ear and I M unable to open or close my mouth if doing so I M suffering from severe pain and please suggest me what may the problem for this ??

This kind of situation happens if you for some reason have inserted a cotton bud or something in the ear canal sometime before. This leads to infection of the hair follicles in the ear canal and hence the pain. You should consult an ENT Surgeon physically for treatment.
