Serious eye allergy

My sister is having serious eye allergy(redness, pain, irritation, sometimes swelling) for almost 4 yrs. She has gone treatment from various doctors i.e. pgi rohtak, fortis gurugram etc but still suffering. Kindly advise any doctor who can solve our problem. Now she has been advised one injection kenacort 10 mg injection.

Pl consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment. Pl identify the Allergens and avoid them.pl try immunotherapy.
