Sir my father is copd patient from 5 yrs now he complained extreme fatigue no fever 6 days ago suddenly edema in feet is seen and hospitalised on 15-4-26 Doc says MODS is present Started merrobe injection and doxyaeq inj on bipap Xray of yesterday and today is attached . Pl advice further

Based on chest xray Rt destroyed lung with lt lower pleural thickening with corpulmonale.
Next Steps
Need CT THORAX 2D ECHO ABG for proper management .
