I have a sentinal pile which is not healing with cremagel H. It gets smaller but again it gets bigger. How do i remove it.

Senntinal pile is a skin tag built on the extreme end of a anal fissure....so they term it anal fissure with senntinal pile.if it is causing trouble then it should be removed surgically ... Along with management of anal fissure.
