I have a sentinal pile which is not healing with cremagel H. It gets smaller but again it gets bigger. How do i remove it.

Senntinal pile is a skin tag built on the extreme end of a anal fissure....so they term it anal fissure with senntinal pile.if it is causing trouble then it should be removed surgically ... Along with management of anal fissure.

Sentinel pile means fissure is chronic one.
Next Steps
Surgery is required at this stage. medicines wont be helpful
