Sensitivity after filling
Hello
I have done my filling in march but still i feel too much sensitivity after eating sweets and cold, please suggest what to do I can't go to dentist because of Lockdown.

It's difficult to judge as you have not given a picture of your affected tooth or a picture of radiograph of your tooth. Moreover you also haven't mentioned the type of restoration that has been done.
Usually this sensitivity occurs when filling is chipped off or filling has some unremoved affected and exposed dentin.

-Thermoseal RA toothpaste - apply it over the affected sensitive area, leave it for a minute and then brush your teeth like you normally would.
-Sensodent - K mouthwash- take 5ml of mouthwash and rinse your mouth after brushing.
Try ringing up your dentists who restored your teeth, he/she have seen your intraoral condition so he/she might tell you better.

For the time being, do have these medicines prior to visit dentist, tooth pain may appear as sensitivity sometimes in initial stage.
T. augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets
T.metrogyl 400, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets
T.ultracet/zerodol PT, maximum 3 tablets a day, if symptom is too much to bare,after food
T. Roles D,once a day, before food,for 4 days
T.A to z gold, once a day, after food,10 tablets.

the filling should be removed asap followed by x-ray and plan treatment.

do not do hot compression /balm/ointment application extra-orally.
avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food
soft diet
do not neglect brushing after meal.
hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in for sometime; you can do it for few times a day,only if it's relieving your symptom, even partially.
