My penis head is sensitive and frenulum is thick. Due to sensitivity I am ejaculating very quickly if I do sex without condom. When I pull my skin in erect state my frenulum hurts little. I heard that frenulum can be corrected with surgery. Can I reduce sensitivity and increase sex time with medicines. Which medicine should I use to have sex for long time and reduce sensitivity of penis head
