Hello, I have masturbation addicted in past but now I quit it but my penis glance is too much sensitive when I touch I feel discomfort and very irritation and pain like prick niddle in very where in glance And whenever I sexually excited, I ejaculate just touching of my penis I want to know, Is this curable with medicine only or not Is neurectomy the only solution I want to know In which condition Neurectomy is needed Plz guide me I'm very sacred about this and I don't want to any operation with my penis
