Sensation of blockage/ burning

I have feeling of sensation of blockage/ burning in lower right side of abdomen.It's always permanent thru out the day , get mild only for 15-20 mins in a day. Have been taking medicines for IBS that some extent relieved me but still this particular problem ia m getting. also in past i have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety.
