Sensation next to my left nose

Helo, I have this sensation next to my left nose when I smile or move my lips I feel some what in that region. This first started when my lips vibrated for 2 sec a month ago then it disappeared then again it came today. I thought it is because of moustache irritation then I trimmed it felt ok it started again. What should be done is thing some thing serious ? Please help Attached is the pic of mine the pressed In and around area is where I feel sensation
