Sensation in vagina while peeing

I have been having sensation in vagina while peeing n after peeing from past 3 days. After peeing it feels like i want to pee again. Ysterday i had sex n now the sensation has increased n also having pain in lower abdomen. Before starting of sensation i was sexually active. Kindly help me ASAP
