Senior citizen Health problem

My grand mother frequently complain about her health issues. Not always same problem. Whom to consult for such cases. She is healthy but some times she have dryness with mouth and complaining about burning eyes and tiredness. She consult doctor weekly and do the BP check and it's normal. Need suggestion whom to consult regularly for these problems with senior citizens.
