Prostate is normal in size and shows homogenous echotexture.
No evidence of solid nodule in parenchyma noted.
No evidence of parenchymal calcification seen
It measures 40 x 31 x 23 mm (16 gms).
A well defined clear fluid filled cystic lesion of 7 × 4 mm size is seen at level of
verumontanum - ? cyst / utricle.
Both sided seminal vesicles appear significantly dilated in caliber, measuring 24-25 mm
and show internal dense mobile echoes.
Both seminal vesicles show tapering end at level of verumontanum, just proximal to
abovementioned cystic lesion.
Findings suggest possibility of bilateral seminal vesicle obstruction
Both sided ejaculatory ducts appear normal in caliber, however it shows internal dense
static echoes.
Sir it can be treated with antibiotics plz suggest or need surgery
