My son is 2 yr old. From 4-5 days he is doing semi fluid potty. No smell. Yellow in colour but it has some sticky substance same like cough or bulgum. His weight is 10-11 kg. I have Rinifal syrup. But don't know the measurement.

3.5 ml twice a day Or start on enterogermina liquids 1 liquid once a day and if increases consult doctor immediately
