Hello , During masterbation time one drop of semen ejacted in my own penis and entering in my mouth accidentally. Is it causes any gender problem in future . I am trying to say like it will occur gender change , means male to female and vise p Versa or 3 gender . Actually i am fearing this issue pls help me
