After masturbate sperm is not getting out, he is under medication for infection (cystytis), 5days course with mentioned medicines, please help with this ASAP as he is married and bothering alot, below photo has the medicines altacef 500mg, silodal 8, pantocid and flavospas,. Plz plz plz reply ASAP

Silodal is known to cause this problem. Once u stop it this problem ll subside. Y takin silodal?
