Gènerally after 3 to 4days of complete abstinence one can collect semen sample at home through masturbation in a sterile cintainer and sunmit to lab within less than half an hour. Ideally, better option is to reach the lab where you are given the sterile container and have to visit the washroom for privacy for masturbation to collect sample. Very few specialized lab offer facility of a room, too.
