Semen analysis report was Volume : 2 ml Colour : opaqe grey Reaction: alkaline Total sperm count : 60 million / ml Motile : 40% Slugish: 30% Dead:30% Pus cell : 4-6 / hpf How we can increase the motile and at the same time decrease the dead cells. Kindly also suggest diet guidance
