U should do semen culture. Based on the results take antibiotics. Count on lower side Need further evaluation as you are trying for pregnancy. U can come for consultation.

There are pus cells and red blood cells in semen . Count is low and liquefaction time is increased . The pH is also marginally high. Kindly take a course of antibiotics as all these are suggestive of infection
