Infertility problem , motility issue 10%, , sperm count 35 million/ml, non motile60%' sluggish motile 30%. Please suggest what is the exact problem and after marraige not conceived 1.5 years passed and no varicocele ruled out report is nil.

This is not a normal report as ur count and motility both are low we need 40 millions sperm count and 60% actively motile sperm
