Yours semen analysis report is normal. You can have natural pregnancy with it. For doing baby planning, male and female have to do sexual intercourse during ovulatory period of female menstrual cycle. Ovulatory period will be counted as last day of total menstrual cycle - 14. If she has 30 days cycle then, 30-14= 16th day is ovulatory period. So you have to do sexual intercourse before and after 1-2 days of ovulation.
