All investigations, like MRI BRAIN, VEEG for 12 hrs, EEG, ECHO,HOLTER ETC are normal. However she is still having  attack of seizure. She is also taking antidepresent medicine please clarify whether Tab Tegrital 200 can be given to the patient alongwith antidepresent medicines,

yes. she needs to be on antiepileptics _ tegrital Normal mri rules out tumour pathologies that require immediate surgery. Most seizures may have a normal MRI  and these patients needs to be on prolonged medications.
