My son - 6 years is under seizure medication for last 6 months right now seizure under control. Stopped all gadgets.. We are planning to move abroad but the schools there are using smartboards in classroom for teaching , is it a risk to trigger seizure again? Or is it fine to have my son attend the schools with smart board , need inputs here..
Seizures can eb triggered by many things. But as long as he is on medicines and has proper sleep and diet , he can take breaks between classes to relax his eyes. Its not just because of screen but the flashy lights or watching screen when the room is dark can trigger seizure in some varieties of epilepsy .
