Seeking medical advice for shoulder pain

I have been facing a persistent pain around my left shoulder since the past 3 days. It gets bad when sleeping and also troubles while doing my work. I have tried hot compresses and I have also being applying Madivala Oil for massaging the trouble area, but nothing seems to be working much. Requesting medical assistance to help me get rid of this pain soon, thank you.
