Seeking help on EP scan report,suggesion

My wife is pregnent and its been 9 weeks 2 days. Yesterday she had undergone EP scan and as per the report cardiac activity is absent/Cardiac Activity is not visualized. Could you please let us know the reason and any suggestions on this.

You need to share the report. Cardiac activity should come by 6 weeks. If not then it looks like a missed abortion or failed pregnancy.
