Hi! Glad to know about your successful recovery from dissociative disorder, and also the fact that you are making several efforts to overcome your anxiety. Overcoming your fears might not always be a linear or an easy process. I'd suggest that you continue making efforts without getting discouraged by some roadblocks on the way. If you feel that your anxiety is debilitating then please do seek professional help from a clinical psychologist who'd be able to help you out with psychotherapy
