My 3rd month NT scan and blood markers for all trilogies for a baby was normal but suddenly I got spotting around 17 wees and at 18th week I had contractions ( had labour pain for almost 4 hours ) .Babies heartbeat was normal during contraction also . After 4 hours of labour pain , baby got expelled vaginally . APLA is negative,  couple karyotyping normal , TPO and TGA test normal I am conceived again . Doctor prescribed progestrone vaginally and folic acid .what kind of precautions should I follow for this pregnancy ?

As u had abortion at 18 weeks...get cervical length measured on ultrasound.Continue good progesterone support and consider doing a surgical procedure called cervical encerclage. Also keep check on infections... mainly urinary and vaginal.
