Hello doctor, I and my wife planned for second pregnency and we had sex since last 6 months witout any protection on most fertile day. But still she dont get pregnent what to do?

It can take upto 12months for a couple to conceive naturally... So just keep going.. You can also consult a gynaecologist  or a sexologist for best advice
