Hi mam...     Mostly it go for surgery....and it also depends on extent of the lesion...followed by chemotherapy...

It depends on severity of the lesion and the extent that is how big it is. Mostly you might have to get it operated and then d oral surgeon will decide whether you need any further chemo or radiation. Please send a pic of the lesion if possible
