I have had bowel issues since many years. But since few weeks I noticed increased amount of yellowish discharge. Around 10-15 days of my cycle it's tinged with blood. My doctor said it can be mid cycle bleeding. But since few days, i am experiencing pain in vagina, right lower abdominal pain near pelvis, bloating and lower back pain sometimes. When I googled it, the symptoms were that of ovarian cancer. My gynaecologist thinks I may have urine infection. I am scared. Please help. I am unmarried.
