Hello sir, My friend's father having fever and cough since last 10-12 days. it started after he took the vaccine. his covid report is also negative.He have visited 2-3 doctor. But none of them providing clear picture that what is the actual cause of this. I am sharing some reports. Please suggest what should he need to do.

If fever is mild it may be due to vaccine. But if it is high he definitely need proper treatment for so.

He has a high wbc count and xray has white fluffy shadows (pneumonia) in the left lung. Please monitor saturation thrice a day. Any value below 94 at rest or walking is a sign for urgent hospitalization. Covid report rtpcr /rat can be repeated again. (It may be falsely negative if done within 5 days of symptom onset)

antibiotics and blood report : crp, d dimer. fbs /hba1c for diabetes checkup monitor saturation.

Fever with cough is considered as covid nowadays inspired of negative test report. It is not vaccine related as it is persisting for 10 -12 days. Better to start covid medicines and blood report shows mild infection only. He is anemic too. Need to correct his hemoglobin. You can take a hrct chest to see his lung infection status.
