My son 22 yrs old has been suffering from this problem with red eyes, sneezing especially the weather is cold and damp, coughing and sore throat. Tried doctor medicine but only relief for a few days.

As per your description he might be suffering from allergic rhinitis.. permanent cure is not possible..take regular medicines when symptoms arise..
