I've itching on my scrotum since 3 weeks and the skin becomes white .. I applied antifungal powder but it did not work .what should I do .

You may be having scrotal eczema. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. Antifungal treatment will not work because this is not fungus. Stop using soap on the scrotum.
