Screening Positive fr trisomy 21hgh bhcg

I have 10 years old child 9 months back i got missed abortion... Now 13 weeks pregnant in scan everything was ok they said but when i got double marker test it says screening Positive for trisomy 21 high bhcg( 8.25)... ...high risk of down syndrome it is showing...i am extremely down with emotion...what i should do...? Should i get it turmineted..? Please guide me
