My baby is 7 month old yesterday night i saw small scratch in black part of eyes.there is no redness nor she has irritation. Should i worry?

Hi... Scratch in black part of the eye usually gives a lot of symptoms, but confirmation can be only done on slit lamp examination, naked eye it's difficult to comment
