If the scratch is deep then you can get TT but since it is unintentional scratch then no need to worry about anything else

CDC and WHO both state that bites or scratches from squirrels do not typically require rabies vaccination unless the animal was behaving very abnormally (e.g., attacking unprovoked, drooling, unable to move properly, etc.). If the squirrel was behaving normally and eating well you don't require anti rabies vaccination. However the final decision would be of the physician
