My daughter is going to be having surgery on her back due to scoliosis. She has a 57 andv52 degree curves. Is there certain equipment we will need for her at home or what should we expect? Trying to be prepared.

As you know Scoliosis is a spine deformity. If deformity is fixed then surgery is required other wise it can be manageable with the exercise and posture correction management.
Next Steps
you can use Either Boston Brace or Milwaukee Brace. there is some posture correction exercise which will be required for your daughter.
Health Tips
use Brace for maximum time do regular exercise which can help her a lot
