I was stretching and suddenly I have a pain in my left sciatic nerve ..it's very painful ...I cannot even stretch my legs in sitting position...I feel pain while sitting in a chair.

Treatment depends on how severe your pain is and how badly your nerve is damaged. You will have to consult a Neurosurgeon to examine you and also need an MRI of the lumbar spine.
