Recently I got this mark on right side of my neck. I'm facing too much itching in this and irritation. I don't know when has it occurred and what's the reason. It's so shocking. Please if anyone can tell me the reason why and from what it can happen and suggest me cure some ointment or medicine to be applied externally.
