Hello...  Well that's really bad scar what u have got right now...  I guess it's just 3 weeks from the trauma as seen by the date in the pics.. More than the scar,  there's more of pigmentation in the scar...  I'd like to suggest u right now for some sun screen lotion with higher spf,  n protection from sun.  It surely requires a scar revision or some kind of intervention at a later date..  Kindly wait till the scar matures and settles down..  Then consult a plastic surgeon..
