Have been having abdominal pain since the early stage of my pregnancy but I went for a scan today and the result shows I have single intrauterine foetus @22wks and 3day.pls what is the cause, what is the effect on my baby, what can I do about it?Do u think the foetal weight is OK @0.7kg,andBDP @4.9cm?

All looks ok..but this s still incomplete. Causes of pain cn be many like vaginal or urine infection etc. Get a ultrasound whole abdomen done too and a scab for cervical length. Consult directly for further management
