What is the preferred brain scan for the person suffering from severe chronic insomnia for several years?

Hi It's strange to here chronic insomnia that too severe, plz mention your weight, whether you get snoring or not & other habits. so many things to be considered before coming to a diagnosis.

you need assessment & necessary investigations like PSG (polysomnography)

Brain scan is not recommended investigation for chronic insomnia. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand the cause for insomnia and for further treatment.
