In the first report "fetal pole "seen but in second report didn't seen is any mistake scan report...For this whats the other solution to avoid Miscarriage ? how the scan process should be selected Internal or External scan? Please suggest proper solution.
in early pregnancy its always a internal scan becasue that gives us a good resolution in early andn small pregnancy. you can repeat usg after a periods of 10 days. you should be seeing fetal pole then if not then its a missed abortion

There should be interval growth in between 2 scans ;if the pregnancy is growing one.
If pregnancy is not healthy nature will not allow it to grow. If any doubt, take an opinion from another sonologist. Preferably internal scan is done for early pregnancy.

Hi ..A normal fetus goes week by week ..so if you see fetal pole on a scan , a heartbeat should be visible after few days. Although if you have any doubt you can always get another scan after few days. An internal scan gives more information in first trimester.
