Scaly rough and flaky skin below knee and lower abdomen.hands and ears are less.it is like itchiosis we are in doubt. used many creams on advice of many doctors but no chance.scaly flaks are more on legs....we need best treatment for itchiosis.....we are in confuse of using some creams and cleansers and urea containing creams,alphahydroxy acid creams..at present we are using sweet almond oil but no use problem increasing day by day...

From the photograph provided it appears as Ichthyosis vulgaris and we need to know the reason for the same. Many a time it is genetic and then the treatment options are limited though a lot of research for finding a cure in undergoing. If it is acquired, the treatment is simple and required correcting the cause. Moisturizers are for symptomatic relief.
