Since one year I am having a itchy scalp whenever I scratch i get a red substance in my nails. It gets itchy at specific places when I go out in the afternoon or eat hot & spicy or while taking bath. I am also facing hairfall issue due to this. I request you to please recommend a shampoo & medicine which will give faster relief from this.
