I was having severe itching and dandruff, so i had shaved my hairs and some cuts were there on my head..i am attaching images..kindly can u differentiate b/w scalp psoriasis and dandruff..and if it is scalp psoriasis how long it will take to recover and can it spread to other parts

Hi,Cuts will heal , do not worry. 1.Apply lotion containing coal tar 4.25% and salisalic acid 2% at night time , again in Morning similar type of shampoo 2. Plenty of moisturizer or oiling on scalp.
