This may be Seborrhoeic dermatitis. This is due to excessive oilyness of the scalp. It is also accompanied with hairloss which we call male pattern baldness. . Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.

Greetings,you might be facing issue if seborrheic eczema/ dermatitis which is a common inflammatory skin condition that causes flaky, scaly patches on the skin, especially the scalp. Without seeing can't say much .Regards
