I have pimples on my scalp been using fusi rose it reduces for a while and then increases my scalp is full of painy pimples and that's causing dandruff and hair fall Any treatment or medicines

It will not reduce like this. This is called scalp folliculitis and it is seen in severe cases of seborrhoeic dermatitis. Please send photos using online consult option for proper treatment
