Scalp and pimples on back

I am suffering from scalp problem from last 5years it's form of flakes in the head iam visited many hospitals at outside they were suggested its cause of psoriasis but my doubt is it dvitamin losses because I have also muscle pains at the neck and hands.and also have depression and generalized weakness please clarify is it soriasis or vitamin losses
