Scalp acne with itchy bumps

Hi doctore, I am having scalp acne with itchy bumps..once it started I feel some itchiness in shoulder, back and chest Previously when I come across this issue I used ketokenazole shampoo and deriva cms gel for acne ...it stopped but after couple of weeks it's coming back ...but once the scalp acne formed this acne issue happening in face and body kindly help with a permanent solution
