My kid is started scaling on hands after fever and viral and doctor has prescribed augmentin oral suspension

Skin can peel off after severe infections. Apply a good moisturiser and use a mild soap.If there is any rash associated then approach your Dermatologist personally.

Hi, scaling can occur after a viral fever. A mild emollient is usually sufficient. If the scaling persists or if there's associated itching you must consult a dermatologist.
